1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "gv22", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the gv22 platform and its operating entity, accessible at gv22.io.
• "Platform" — refers to the gv22 website at gv22.io, including all pages, features, services, games, betting markets, and tools available thereon.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account on the gv22 platform or otherwise accesses or uses the platform.
• "Account" — refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the gv22 platform.
• "Balance" — refers to the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding non-withdrawable bonus credits.
• "Bonus Credits" — refers to non-cash promotional credits granted by gv22 to a Player under specific promotional terms and conditions.
• "Bet" / "Wager" — refers to any real-money or bonus-funded stake placed by a Player on a betting market, casino game, or slot title available on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the total turnover a Player must generate before bonus-funded winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" — refers to Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the currency in which all gv22 Accounts are denominated.
• "KYC" — refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures applied to Player Accounts as required by gv22's compliance framework.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing the gv22 Platform, creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing any Bet, you confirm that you have read this document in full and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2.2 These Terms & Conditions apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of the agreement between you and gv22. In the event of conflict between documents, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

2.3 gv22 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically.

2.4 These Terms & Conditions are published in English, which is the sole governing language. No translation of this document into any other language creates a binding obligation on gv22, and in the event of any inconsistency the English version shall prevail.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Restriction. You must be at least 21 years of age to use the gv22 Platform. gv22 operates a strict 21+ policy. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately, and any funds held in that Account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory and compliance obligations.

3.2 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online betting and casino gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an Account. gv22 does not make any representation as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform in compliance with the laws applicable to you.

3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual person is permitted to hold only one Account on the gv22 Platform. Operating multiple Accounts, whether in the same name or through different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.

3.4 Self-Excluded Players. If you have previously requested self-exclusion from gv22, you are not permitted to register a new Account or access the Platform during the period of your self-exclusion. Attempts to circumvent self-exclusion will result in permanent Account closure.

4. Account Registration

4.1 To use the gv22 Platform you must complete the Account registration process in full. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and valid mobile phone number.

4.2 You agree to notify gv22 promptly if any of your registered details change. gv22 reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time to verify the continued accuracy of your Account information.

4.3 KYC Verification. gv22 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when unusual Account activity is detected. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested by gv22 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.

4.4 You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. gv22 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials confidential.

4.5 gv22 reserves the right to refuse or decline any Account registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 All Accounts on gv22 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). gv22 does not currently support multi-currency Accounts.

5.2 Deposits may be made via the payment methods currently supported by gv22, which include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Supported methods and minimum/maximum deposit limits are published on the Platform's deposit page and may be updated from time to time.

5.3 The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and Account verification status. gv22 reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.

5.4 You may only deposit funds from a payment account or instrument that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited. If third-party funding is detected, gv22 reserves the right to suspend the Account and withhold funds pending investigation.

5.5 gv22 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply charges that are beyond gv22's control. You are responsible for any fees levied by your payment provider.

5.6 Deposited funds are held securely and are ring-fenced from gv22 operational funds in accordance with our financial management practices.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Account withdrawal section. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being current and complete at the time of the request.

6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.3 gv22 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of your chosen payment method. Withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically completed within minutes of gv22 approval.

6.4 Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account or instrument registered in the same name as the gv22 Account. No third-party withdrawals are permitted under any circumstances.

6.5 Funds originating from Bonus Credits that have not yet satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. Only the real-money component of your Balance (net of any applicable wagering obligations) is withdrawable at any given time.

6.6 gv22 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending investigation if the Account activity associated with that withdrawal is suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 gv22 offers promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players. All such promotions are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions, which are published at the point of offer and are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.

7.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from those credits become eligible for withdrawal. Specific promotions may carry higher wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms.

7.3 Bonus Credits expire if the applicable Wagering Requirement is not met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired Bonus Credits and any associated winnings will be forfeited without compensation.

7.4 gv22 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Player has already claimed the bonus, gv22 will provide reasonable notice and will honour any qualifying activity completed prior to cancellation.

7.5 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting to claim duplicate bonuses, coordinated betting to exploit bonus terms, or exploiting technical errors in bonus calculations — will result in immediate forfeiture of all Bonus Credits and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

7.6 Players who have opted into a self-exclusion programme are not eligible to receive promotional bonuses during the period of their self-exclusion.

8. Betting Rules

8.1 All bets placed on gv22 sportsbook markets are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market type, as published on the Platform. Cricket betting rules, for example, cover match abandonment, player replacement, DLS method application, and void market conditions in detail.

8.2 Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the system. In-play odds may fluctuate rapidly; the odds at confirmation are the binding odds regardless of subsequent market movement.

8.3 gv22 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: manifest pricing errors (where the odds offered were clearly erroneous due to a technical or human error), match fixing or corruption confirmed by the relevant governing body, or where the bet was placed after the event outcome was already determined.

8.4 Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are published on the Platform and may vary by sport, market, and Account status. gv22 reserves the right to modify maximum payout limits at any time.

8.5 gv22 may limit, restrict, or close the Account of any Player whose betting pattern is deemed irregular, professionally arbitrageous, or in systematic exploitation of pricing inconsistencies, in each case at gv22's sole discretion.

9. Casino & Slots

9.1 All casino games and slot titles available on gv22 are operated by certified third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generators (RNGs) or by live dealer processes conducted under the relevant provider's certification.

9.2 gv22 does not modify or influence game outcomes. Theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual game titles are determined by the game provider and are available within each game's information panel.

9.3 In the event of a game malfunction — including disconnection, software error, or incomplete game round — the affected round will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Balance. gv22 will not be liable for any winnings that would have accrued from a malfunctioned game round.

9.4 Maximum win limits per game round or per session may apply on certain titles, as specified in the individual game rules. Winnings above the stated maximum cap for a given game will be reduced to the cap amount.

10. Prohibited Conduct

10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gv22 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same identity or different identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including proceeds of money laundering, fraud, or theft.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of sports corruption in connection with bets placed on gv22.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after placing bets using the deposited funds.
• Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion period by registering a new Account.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 gv22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if it reasonably believes that the Account is being used in breach of these Terms & Conditions or applicable law.

11.2 Upon closure of an Account for cause (i.e., due to prohibited conduct), any Balance held in the Account may be forfeited in whole or in part at gv22's discretion, depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

11.3 Upon closure of an Account at the Player's own request, or upon closure by gv22 for reasons unrelated to prohibited conduct, gv22 will return the verifiable real-money Balance to the Player via the Player's registered payment method after completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

11.4 Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting gv22 support via 24/7 live chat. Requests for self-exclusion are processed in accordance with the Responsible Gaming Policy.

12. Responsible Gaming

12.1 gv22 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help Players maintain control of their gambling activity. Players may set deposit limits, session time limits, and cooling-off periods directly from their Account settings.

12.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and will remain in force for the period requested by the Player. During a self-exclusion period, gv22 will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded Player from accessing the Platform, including declining any new registration attempt from the same individual.

13.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

13.3 gv22 will not sell or transfer your personal data to unauthorised third parties. Data may be shared with regulated KYC and payment processing partners strictly for the purpose of operating the Platform and verifying Player identity.

14. Intellectual Property

14.1 All content on the gv22 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software code, and design elements, is the intellectual property of gv22 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

14.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, redistribute, modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express written consent of gv22.

14.3 Game content provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others) remains the intellectual property of the respective studios. gv22 holds a valid licence to distribute and display such content on the Platform.

15. Limitation of Liability

15.1 The gv22 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. gv22 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.

15.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gv22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

15.3 gv22's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent that such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

16. Amendments to These Terms

16.1 gv22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gv22 will notify registered Players via email or a prominent Platform notification at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

16.2 The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

16.3 If you do not accept the revised Terms & Conditions, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.3.

17. Governing Law & Disputes

17.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.

17.2 In the event of any dispute between you and gv22, you agree to first contact gv22 support to attempt informal resolution before pursuing any formal proceeding. gv22's support team will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aims to resolve disputes within 14 business days.

17.3 All formal disputes must be submitted in writing to gv22 within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes submitted outside this window may not be eligible for consideration.

17.4 Disputes relating to the outcome of settled bets are subject to gv22's bet settlement review process. Once the 30-day dispute window has closed, gv22's settlement decisions are final and binding.
